Membership We’re pleased you’ve decide to join the Women in Business Network! By joining, you are automatically connected to the largest network of professional business women in China. Since the middle of 2008 the Women in Business network has held a variety of events that cater to the needs, wants and professional aspirations of business women. With the increasing awareness of the need to proactively reach out to women, the WIB Network continues to grow! The Mission of the Women in Business Network is:

The name of the group is: “women-in-business.net”. When you join the LinkedIn network you’re joining 2,000 other senior level women in the most popular social networking system. Registration is free and easy! Come say hello to your old friends, and make some new ones. The Women in Business network now has two ways to help successful women save money. Individual Memberships For professionals who want to participate singly. The individual membership is useful for the member who purchases the plan. By attending as few as four events per year, the membership pays for itself. For a limited time, we are offering the RMB1,000 annual individual membership for RMB400. Corporate Memberships For companies with more than one staff member who understand the value of networking and attending the regular monthly Women in Business events. Under the terms of the corporate membership, an unlimited number of staff from your company may attend the events at member rates. Offices in each city will need to have their own corporate membership. Over the course of a year, the corporate membership represents a significant and real cost savings for delegates, and their companies. The more you attend, the more you save! The RMB8,000 corporate membership will also be available on a limited basis for RMB5,000. Networking Events We have planned more than twenty Women in Business events for 2010. Your membership will include discounts to attend every event. Quarterly Events The four large events which the Women in Business network produces are the following:
Monthly Events Every month we organize a “Spotlight On” professional development seminar. This format involves bringing senior level thought leaders to present about their experience and expertise on issues that are relevant for all business women, not just those inside their industry. In this way, we can all keep up to date with what’s happening inside as well as outside our industry or function. The Spotlight meetings start late in the afternoon, and end just before dinner so that you are free to enjoy dinner with other delegates. In the months when we don’t hold the larger quarterly events, we also hold Networking events. These include drinks and dinner, and include a shorter, less “business oriented” presentation. The goal is to provide a relaxed casual environment for people to get to know each other better.
Your membership includes advanced notice of limited capacity special events open to the general public as well as member’s only events. In addition to the cost savings, the first 100 individual members of the Women in Business network will receive a “Charter Member” plaque suitable for your credenza or bookshelf.
