- Provide a platform for successful business women to showcase their achievements
- Provide role models to women so that others can see that while climbing to the top of the career ladder is a challenge, it's not impossible
- Provide a mechanism so that more successful women can pass on their experience and knowledge to others who value this wisdom
- Provide an opportunity for the most successful women to network with others at the same level, making new friends and reconnecting with old ones
- Deliver relevant and timely dialogue on management and leadership issues, as well as discussions of ongoing business and economic concerns
