I should thank you for giving me an opportunity to attend this conference. I found it very inspirational, which is much more than what I expected from a conference. Also, I kept telling my spouse how professional the conference was. I was totally impressed by the little details that made the conference successful. When I was in the US, I was part of the Asian Women Association and we had big events like this. I have to say your organization is much more professional.

I do believe this conference will have a great market, especially with such a great result for the first year. I am definitely interested at attending the next one and also recommend to my friends.

Yes, the conference exceeded my expectations. The four people from my company that attended all said it was well worth their time. They liked the panel approach as they saw different viewpoints.

I personally was pleased with the turn out. I was not sure what level of manager we would get. It was a high-powered event. The atmosphere was excellent for networking and sharing. (I think the panel approach encourages that atmosphere.) I personally plan to contact and follow up with several of the speakers and attendees.

Thanks. As I had not been involved with such a business conference highlighting women before, I did not know what to expect. It certainly was different from “normal” conferences by way of less formality, more like a chat with friends - I enjoyed the format, it enabled speakers, panelists and the audience to be more candid. I felt comfortable with the more interactive approach. Anyway, I found it interesting and I’m sure the participants, especially the younger ones who are just starting out, it was insightful and useful.

Indeed, I didn’t expect such a great turn out of the conference during such as busy week of conferences in Beijing.

Personally, I am so glad I have spent the whole day there last Friday. I have learned so much from other speakers as well as delegates and there are so much inspirations from the conference.

Thanks for your invitation to be one of the panelist... I think this is a very high-quality Women Conference among all the similar events I have attended in the past years.

My feedback is :

• very targeted attendees with sufficient seniority
• good topics with experienced MC
• the panelists are all experts in the selected topic, especially with enough experience in China

Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future for such events as I would certainly like to play a greater role in promoting these and other “outside the box” work topics to the management here and having us support such events. While I only caught the topics presented towards the day’s end I thought that the combination of speakers together was very thoughtfully done and the participants were able to gain the perspective of different views, which, is of much greater value to take home than having a panel of generic clones.

Overall, I thought the seminar was tremendous, especially having Fredy and Roberta, while incredibly different in background they both are such incredible individuals, man or woman. Best wishes...

At the same time, I am wondering if next time, more male speakers could possibly be included in the conference . Yes this conference is for women however, including more male speaker would have a better diversity aspect and more perspectives.

The panelists and moderators are strong. The only negative comment I’ll make is “time control”. The discussion are behind schedule. As a result, many people had to miss the last session for various reasons.

Certainly it’s a big success! I enjoyed the day very much. All sessions are panel session and with high quality that really surprised me.

There might be some minor room I expect to see improvement, eg. it will ease speaker if there were music when they went to stage.

It was a great pleasure to meet with you. It was definitely beneficial for me to be in the meeting since I just came back to Beijing from States, it gives me a great opportunity to understand what woman in business is thinking and what they want to accomplish. I also got to meet with a lot of friends who share similar background with me, it is a great opportunity to network.

The meeting was very well put together. If I have to come up with recommendations/suggestions, that would be a better time management, better clarification on the moderator’s role ahead of time.

It was a pleasure for me to attend and talk amongst women about our very personal challenges and successes. I appreciate that you developed a forum for women to speak to one another. This is the first event of this kind I have attended and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

I personally feel this is a very good event. Most of the discussions were quite insightful to me and I felt I had a lot to take back. Just to name a few useful topics I found interesting: work-life balance, how to showcase women’s business talent; different leadership styles between men and women, etc.

Overall, I feel this is a great conference and I really feel it’s worth it.
